Guy Savoy offers a full 13-course tasting menu for €490. They also allowed us to order from the à la carte menu, but my son preferred the full experience, and the price difference wasn’t significant. I reserved our table online a month in advance. Initially, I had considered booking La Tour d’Argent, but the view of Notre Dame had not yet been fully restored. This was my second visit to Guy Savoy, the first being 20 years ago when it was still located near the Arc de Triomphe.

In February 2023, Guy Savoy's Monnaie de Paris restaurant was downgraded from three to two Michelin stars, but this had no impact on my experience—the food quality remained exceptional. Chef Guy Savoy was warm and approachable, making the visit even more enjoyable. One detail I particularly appreciated was that the dishes were served piping hot, which I loved. As with many Michelin-starred restaurants, their menu incorporated plenty of caviar and truffle.
